Days 4 and 5 were rough. I tossed a lot of my stomach issues to my nervousness about AZDD tryouts on the 5th (which I am officially FRESH MEAT!!! *happy dance*). I asked Melissa about it, she said it was normal, and that I should probably give my body a healthy version of what it was craving (sugar and carbs) so I ate a slice of cantalope, and we started to vegie out for the rest of the afternoon.
Tryouts were INSANE! It deffinatley didn’t feel like I was on the rink for 35 min. I fell a few times (mom even went down trying to avoid me :[). But I was 1 of the 33 girls left to become Fresh Meat! So excited!
Day 6 of the whole30 is off to a GREAT start too. I had half a scotch egg (was all the protein my body would take) and a slice of cantalope, as well as a glass of Naked (I know fruit juice is frowned upon, but water just wouldn’t cut it). For lunch I have my egg salad, regular salad..which I left the ranch for at home :[, and a BUNCH of fruit. Some of said fruit is going to have to wait till tomorrow to be eaten tho…I won’t be going home tonight…so I’ll have to figure something out while at the boyfriend’s house (seeing as how they only eat take out and junk there).
